In a relationship, i always seek for a chinese guy... no matter if he's from singapore, malaysia, china, or anywhere in this world. As long as he's a chinese. I can't make my self to like a western, or indian, or african. Though when i look at around me, i find out many of asian women or men have cross marriage. I am happy for them, really, from my heart. But i just can't imagine if i were one of them. Is this what you call, racial?

No you aren't racist.

Having a choice on the type of person you prefer is not being racist, it's called, preference.

no
it may mean you have had negative experience with a man other than Chinese and hence your preferences
i personally have taken the Captain Kirk , James Bond approach to women, in that I like women of all nationalities and ave dated a few and see the beauty of all women, race is secondary to who they are,
but if a Chinese man is what you like, then there should be no criticism for that

According to the Oxford English Dictionary, racism is a belief or ideology that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially to distinguish it as being either superior or inferior to another race or races.

based on the above definition, you are not. i'm a chinese by race, but i love making friends with malays, cos i think they are easy-going people, humorous, not so serious like chinese. but since i'm a chinese, most of my friends are chinese. so, do you consider me racist? or your so call "racial"?

I think the word you're looking for is 'racist'. But no, it doesn't sound racist to me. Everyone has a certain 'type' of person they're attracted to. If you're attracted to Asian guys, so what? You would be a racist if you though everyone else was inferior because they weren't Asian.

DON'T BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF. We cannot help or should we apologize for the type of person of people we are attracted to. It has nothing to do with being Racial....UNLESS YOU FEEL AS IF YOU AND ALL CHINESE PEOPLE ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHER RACES. You, my dear, just like who and what you like and no need to streatch it any further. Most of us like people who look like ourselves because that is what we are acclamated to from birth...Parents are beautiful in our sights and thus we look for mates who have their traits. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND WE ALL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO LOVE ANOTHER, ACCORDING TO OUR OWN INDIVIDUAL TASTE...NOT ACCORDING TO WHAT OTHERS WOULD CHOOSE FOR US.

Everyone is some sort of "...ist" We all form judgements based on something. Why is it ok to not like someone because they cheer for a different sports team, but not ok to dislike someone because of their culture?

I say it is fine to not like anyone for any reason. It is not OK, however to act unkind twords any person.

I think you mean "racist". Just because you prefer a certain type of guy, does not mean you are racist. You are racist when you believe one race is superior to another.
