what good would it do to resist? if you are going to jail it's best to cooperate as much as possible.

Jerjer,

I hope the outcome of your visit tomorrow comes out well for you.
If this is the real thing I do not want you to go into shock if this happens.
First off I live in Michigan and things are different in different places.
The thing about being handcuffed is freaking you our but I have to tell you here in michigan they bring in 3 or 4 prisioners at a time to see the judge. The criminals are in the front row in the court room and many times their legs are shackled togeather. So that one attendant can handle several people at a time....Resisting will do you no good. The nicer you act the better for you. Don't even start things out where you have enemies. That is the last thing you need.
Best wishes Good Luck

Well....you can resist....stronger force will be applied - possibly a taser or pepper spray (OC) and in the end....you'll still end up in handcuffs.

Besides your eyes will be burning so much from the pepper spray that you won't even notice the discomfort of the handcuffs. Sure....resist ....that's a great way to avoid being handcuffed.

You know....these powers of deductive reasoning you have are probably how you got yourself into this mess to start with.

Here's a tip - when you are faced with a decision - try to look ahead and see how others would react to that decision. In this case, you resist....it's reasonable to assume that the law enforcement officers in the room are going up increase the force used and you end up in handcuffs anyway. So ...the way to make the experience as comfortable as possible....behave yourself and don't cause trouble.

No need to resist. They will put handcuffs on you one way or the other. Why make it unpleasant for yourself. You will not win that one.

I doubt you will need anything. They will take everything you have when you arrive and issue you "jail" clothing, shoes, hygiene kit.

You are not going to college so don't worry about what to take with you.

Hope this teaches you a lesson and you grow up and straighten your life out.

I would strongly suggest that you do not resist because they will only add time to the time they gave you and thats not good and a fine for contempt of court. As far as what to take they will only let you have certain things and they will tell you anything you take that you cant have theywill take it away from you.For guys they can only take white t shirts white boxers and white socks with there names on them.Good luck maybe you wont have to go just be good and out of trouble.Good Luck God Bless

I wouold suggest not resisting. You must have done something wrong and committed a crime against society. It is time to own up to what you did. Just accept your punishment so you can be on an even plane with society. Also, resisting will just make things worse. People will respect you more if you just accept it.

resisting will only ad to your time in jail..or at the very least extinguish any chance for early release.
