Yep... in Kowloon... I barely kept it down... LOL. I heard one of your prime ministers from awhile back had the record for downing one? True or false?

A yard of ale is not commonplace here in the states.

I think that's a British thing, but I did drink a Yard dog on Bourbon Street in New Orleans Louisiana

It's a British thing, but there are plenty of places in the US that serve them. The Yardhouse for one. Yup. I've nailed a few in my day.

Is this something *all* British people are supposed to do? I've been a Brit for 30 years....and so far, I've missed out.

Yes, but I do it a half a yard at a time. It stays colder that way.

Yards of Ale?

Is that a band?

If not, it should be. That's so cool.

No...

But I have been sloppy drunk at a "yard sale..."

Does that count?
