sports physical?

alright. my mom signed the sports physical form so all the doctor needs to do is check everything off and sign the form. but the problem is my only ride is by my cousin who is 19 years old. will they take my physical if only my cousin is there?

yea they probably will because your cousin is over 18 and you have forms signed by your mom. do you think your cousin will go in there with you?
