Cute name, how about Kay-Tay? It's sort of like Katie, but combines the first syllables of both names. Good luck!

I went by Katie when I was little, but I go by Kate or Kaye now that I'm in my twenties. For goofier, fun options, Kit, Kitty, Kat, Kate the Great, Kateroo, Kate-a-lor, Kate-a-lot, Kate-a-roo, or Katie-boo.

Katie IS the nickname form, though I realize there's nothing you can do about that (it already being your given name and all). However, if you simply wanted a shortened form, you might like the more mature option of Kate. Crisp and classic. Kat or Kit-Kat, for more playful options. ;)
Good luck.
