It's time to say goodbye when you feel that you've given your all. By that I mean you've communicated with your partner that you have a problem or recognize they have a problem. Then you do whatever it takes to resolve it and ensure you don't repeat the negative actions that led to the problems. If you haven't given 100% of effort and action in trying to save the relationship then it's time to try harder if it's worth saving!

You just know it....it is either your heart telling you I can't take this anymore it hurts to badI have to give up or you just know that you deserve better and you love that person but are tired of the games. I belive that if there is a chance you can save your marriage then you do what it takes. But sometimes it just can't be saved. It is only something you will know. You have to think about how things would be in both situations and go from there.

Because you feel as though there is nothing else that you can personally try to make things work! Not what the other party can do but what you can do! If you gave it ur best and it still doesn't work, that is ok! Can ask for more than you got to give!
