Does anybody know who sang the song Lonely besides Akon?

i originally heard this in an episode of fresh prince when carlton was dancing to it...that would mean that its older than a song in 2004 by akon, right?

It was either Bobby Darin or Paul Anka who sang the original "Mr. Lonely" back in the 1960's.

well that was a song written by Akon so i don't think anyone else sang that one. you can find more about it here: http://akon-mp3.com
