I love Jordan for a girl. Be proud of your name. The only people that pick on you are the ones that are jealous.
Besides you could have it worse. My friend (female) her name is Shawn and her brother is Leslie!

One of my best friend's names is Jordan, but we all call her Jordy, and she is absolutely awesome and no one really makes fun of her. That's a really lame thing to base a diss on. I mean who makes fun of names, come on.
I think Jordan is a really pretty name and all the people whose name is Jordan whom I've encountered are really great people.
There are numerous names who are unisex -- Chris, Bobby, Jamie, Tracy, Stacy, Ashley...yeah the list goes on. So don't let those idiots get to you!

If you like, you could go with the nickname Jori/Jorie which is feminine. Kids at school can be mean and I understand that it bothers you. Since you feel insecure about your name, discuss with your parents about how you feel and suggest a nickname that you can go by either Jorie or your middle name? If your parents are okay with it, they can talk to your teachers so that everyone is one the same page.
