While I'm washing my hair, yes.
I mean, come on, you don't even have to aim when your spit, or use a cup! The water's RIGHT THERE. Plus, you're using the same amount of water as you would be if you were just taking a normal shower, instead of taking a shower, and then using more water to brush your teeth.
It's enviromentally healthy.

Yes, I love it. I can get all kinds of rambunctious and not worry about making a mess of my sink or myself. Plus, especially now that it's cold, I have a hard time getting out of the shower anyway...if I'm brushing in there, I tend to brush longer. (but mostly it's just so I can get wild with the brush)

I had often wondered the draw of brushing in the shower. I've tried it before and ended up dropping the brush on the floor. Not cool. Mix it up, brush before the shower. It smells minty and really wakes you up.

sometimes I used a shower head to spray in my mouth and teeth...it sort of cleans it...gives me a refreshing feeling that the pressure of the shower head may be reaching more of my teeth than rinsing...
