Insurance can cover it, so please don't ask for donations unless you have tackled the insurance angle. Keep appealing the process. If you are a 38E there should really be no way they can deny it. They must be very picky!

Get letters from doctors to send into the insurance company.

How old are you and how much do you weigh?

I looked at your blog and read it. 38E does not really seem that big, unless you are a really short person. My ex was 5'2' and was a 42 bust and never slept with a bra. If there are MEDICAL reasons that you need the operation, have your doctor document these reasons and then re-submit to your insurance. I understand they don't routinely cover "elective" surgery, but with a medical NEED, they should cover it.

36 is a pretty big band size... if you lost weight and got down to a 34 band size I bet you'd lose bosom too... probably end up a 34d
