I want to know what sites my lil brothers going on cuz i know he goes to some fake hacking sites and it gives me alot of viruses and i ask him not to go but i have no proof if hes going or not.

Can u tell me how to check the day and the time he went?

He deletes cookies and on internet history he cleans.

He claims they delete by themselves

Try going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup and when it loads, select Temporary Internet Files and then View Files. If that doesn't show the files, then you're pretty much out of luck. There is one other way to check, and that's if the Temp Internet Files haven't been completely deleted, and that's by opening My Computer > C: > Documents and Settings > user-name > Local Settings > Temporary Internet Files and then on the address bar (where it shows the full path you're in) at the very end type in \Content.IE5 which shows what's been accessed. [Where user-name is your name on the computer.]

Security Software, Keyloggers *(google it up), logs, Parental control programs. More suggestedly, Parental Control Programs and keyloggers to track what your brother is doing *careful of trojans ! (And use an antivirus that is certified and recommanded by PC magazine, etc, with script scanning so it prevents malicious code activating and hijacking your browser)

And if he uses a track eraser it won't work, and looking into the temporary internet files is just time consuming (most likely he uses IE7 full clearing feature). [non-secured deletion of coruse]

Sure, there are ways to find out, but I certainly won't help you spy on your brother.
