Probably. You're not a young, buff stud any more, and a few signs of age have probably crept into your joints etc.

On the other hand, most men at 40 can still be strong, active, and happy in bed. You're probably at the peak of your powers mentally, and I've alway found women over 30 to be more interesting to be around.

Make the most of it - 50 comes next.

Only momentarily. I'm in my 50's and still feel great. When I hit 40 it was no big deal. Others had more fun with than I did. It was just another year older.

Im 39 and will be 40 in May and it doesnt bother me at all. Im still very active indoors :O) and outdoors. Chill out and dont worry about it...or you will be 50 b4 you no it, and wish you'd enjoyed your 40's

I'm loving being 40+! I feel better and am in better shape than I was when I was in my 20's - and sex just keeps getting better.
