Sorry about your Mom...luckily I have not had to face that yet. Sept 11th was the saddest day of my life. At the time I was active duty Air Force. Few and I mean very few; things have brought a tear to my eye. When the second tower was hit, I had to walk away from the TV we saw it at. I couldn't let the younger troops see my tears or my anger! Thanks for asking the question...that has been the first time I have been able to address my feelings on that day! Perhaps you should become a shrink!

Oh. I am sorry about your mom. I bet she was a wonderful person. I was doing daycare and we had a sweet little girl named breanna. her mom needed late hrs and so she had to take her somewhere different. well i was watching the news and they had a story come on about how a littler girl was taken from a daycare and killed and than they said her name. I totally lost it. the moms BF took her. drove her across state line and than put a knife in her neck . the cops found her in the car hrs later. this was in 1999 and there is not a day goes by that i do not think about her :(

No immediate relatives have died in my life. But when my cat died in my arms, that was the most sad day ever.

When my friend died in a car accident that was totally preventable. He was just sixteen and not wearing a seatbelt. It was a devastating loss for so many people.
