I must admit that something like losing a loved one to death or even a lover that leaves you can create a lot emotional turmoil, but other than that I don't normally get too emotional about much of anything. There is really no point or use in doing so. God is in control of everything around us. As long as we allow Him to have His way in our lives, we always come out ahead. And He will give us the strength we need during stressful times.

I try not to waste energy by overreacting to things, but I do realise that certain things are bad triggers for me. One of the things that I really overreact to is injustice. I do find myself rehearsing it over and over in my head about just how wrong it was and why. Lately I've been trying to accept it a bit more that sometimes things just aren't fair, or perhaps it's just that someone else sees something from a different perspective that's as equally valid to them as mine is to me.

Not much, I keep an even keel in my life, my job is stressful and I wouldn't last if I let everything get to me. I do get to visit women who blow their top everyday though, I know how to duck and cover.

What do you mean, are you implying that somehow I overreact. Typical liberal like you prying into my life. You don't know me.... you don't care... well I can see that you don't eat well and probably don't exercise - so I must be better. But why do you pry? Why? Sheesh... answer me!
