she was a regular teenager who had disagreements with her mom only difference being she was closed in a room with the woman for years and years. how many mom and daughter relationships would survive that as well as they did?

She didnt hate her mom but she felt as if the relation between her sister and her mom was stronger.When reading the book it says her mom always sides with her older sister so she feels alone.
