Not the problems of the world, my own. Sleep is a gift, and insomnia for those whose lives are already stressful causes physical and mental exhaustion.
I went through an especially stressful time where I could sleep for only 2, maybe 3 hours and would wake up and not be able to get back to sleep. After a few months of that, I just decided that I HAD to sleep through the night. And I did.
Can't explain how, but I decided that could not allow stress to control my life, or at least my sleep.
No meds involved. What a relief.

I particularly consider for you, there may be absolutely plenty constructing up there and it is a disgrace you shouldn't have any individual you consider you'll speak to. It does not sound pathetic in any respect, and this can be a truly drawback whether it is affecting you each mentally bodily. You point out the final 7 years of your lifestyles - what I suppose you ought to do now's suppose of the following 7 and the way you wish to do matters in a different way. Imagine the individual you wish to be in 7 years time and begin aiming now to grow to be that individual. It's a disgrace you may have misplaced curiosity in finding out, I reckon relocating away to uni might do you the arena of well. You might break out from the folks round you who convey you down, even though it is unknowingly, and you would meet new folks and regularly grow to be extra constructive. Just suppose the ones folks who've bullied you seeing the good fortune you might make of your self if you happen to placed your brain to it. I suppose you might particularly improvement from speakme to anyone expert to support with what you're going via. And if the uni factor particularly does not enchantment then store up a few cash and pass traveling, it would appear a bit of frightening however as soon as you are away you'll simply take every day because it comes and seeing new locations can provide you a truly zest for lifestyles. I wish the whole thing works out for you,

Yep. The only problem is when you wake up the problems are still there and you're hours behind in solving them since you wasted time on sleep.
If I let myself, I would want to go to sleep every time I feel overwhelmed.

I strongly suggest that you don't continue this burying your head in the sandman , because Depression will be on the heels of your awakening , it follows this kind of coping mechanism , fight back ,, depression is dark ,, keep the lights on ,,,,,
