Your biggest problem will be mechanical stability, reliability, and durability. A single 12v 100AH battery would supply this load for at most 2 hours. How many hours a day do you need to run the inverter? How many hours a day do you have wind? You'll need some way to supply current to the field coils only when the wind is blowing. You need limiting so it doesn't burn out or blow apart in storms. If you're really doing it from scratch, try an alternator from a fairly large truck. If not, consider a commercially manufactured wind turbine. Check local zoning restrictions.
