"A monument to Mozart was erected in 1859 in the St. Marx Friedhof on the approximate spot where Mozart's bones are believed to be buried. It was relocated to the Vienna Zentralfriedhof in 1891. Another monument - that of an angel with a saddened face stands guard over the grave in St. Marx today."

Again, rdenig is right. Mozart was buried in a communal grave in Vienna, which was usual for the time, although the precise whereabouts of this grave is unknown. It's probably under a car park somewhere.

It is a myth that he was 'unceremoniously dumped' in a common grave. The usual practise in the Vienna of his day was for most middle class people to be buried in communal graves without a marker, and having little status in a society which measured you by birth and wealth, that is what happened to him.
