I dont know about Billie jean being the best song but i do know that MJ is the undisputed king of pop. It's gotta be one of his songs but I cant decide which.

OMG YES! That is my ALL-TIME favorite song! Michael Jackson is my favorite artists, been a fan for nearly ten years now :) haha and I personally believe it's one of the best songs ever...but thats just me lol
