Did your parents see the Hickey? Is that why they dont like him? If you have a Hickey then your parents know that you are making out with the guy. You didnt mention your age so its hard to tell you how to handle this.
Tell your parents you are sorry about the Hickey and that you really like this guy. Everyone makes mistakes.
My son came home with a Hickey once when he was about 12. I just made sure that when he was with his girlfriend that there was more adult supervision.

Wear a turtle neck sweater and ask him not to suck your neck anymore. There are plenty of other places he can put his mouth to that aren't visible to your folks. And they're a lot more fun too!
