I don't think my parents would appreciate that I might put my real name and pictures on facebook. Is it bad?? Would you reccommend it??? Please tell me everything that you can to help me understand your theory. :) Please Help

Well it depends on how old you are... If you're under 15-16, I'd make sure that you only have a first name or maybe a nickname. You dont want your whole name on a website like facebook or myspace. As for pictures that should be decided between you and your parents, again based on your age. I would also make your profile private, that way you can invite your friends but no one else can look at your page without your permission ( I know myspace does this, but I'm not sure about Facebook ) As always use common sense when you enter your info. Would you like 40 year old perverts reading your real name and looking at risque pictures of you?

It's quite common to use your real name and pictures, but you should probably ask your parents first.

I put my real name and pictures on facebook. but i have my privacy settings so only my friends can see my picture/stuff on my profile. so i dont think its that bad. if you dont want to put your real name on it just put like your first name and last intiial or middle name or something.

you already did and now you feel that you're going to get in trouble if they find out. It's alright just edit your info and delete your pictures

just change the settings so only your friends can see it.they can only see your page if they are in the same network or you dont have the setting up.

i use a fake name, and my real pictures.
I would also advise that you dont use where you live either, or even your real school.
