It sounds like she is pregnant
If you think she's not pregnant because the gravid spot is not black, well that can also be light colored, just depending on what color the fry will have and in which dirction they lay in the females tommy
Here is an article for you to read

Hope that helps
Good luck

Edit*
Sorry i missed that it's a male
What i would do is target feed them or feed them less
Only feed them as much as they will eat in under 5 min twice a day
Since the male is already fat, i would fast all your fish for a couple of days to prevent constipation and furthermore a swimbladder disease
Once you have fasted them, just start feeding less then you now do, and fast your fish anyway one full day outa the week, which helps control overfeeding

It sounds like this is the dominant fish in the tank. If you ever watch lions feed, it is the same type of idea where the dominant male/female, get the spoils. The larger fish tend to hover around the food and will chase the smaller ones away. The smaller ones learn to stay back and just pick up whatever manages to make it to the bottom of the tank. If you guppy is visibly fat, it is a pretty good sign that he is being ovefed. Cut back the amount of food you put into the tank and also crunch up your flakes into smaller pieces, that way, more will get to the not so piggy guppies! Have fun!

You can stick a divider in the tank so when you go to feed the guppies, you can feed one side and then feed the 'fatty' a little bit twice a day. That will definately work. You can do that or...

Just seperate him altogether whereas put him in another tank and get some more males to go with the other tank where the fat one was living. The key is to somehow(or as I described) feed him less than your other fish!

-Good luck! ;)

Well, the fact that he is eating a lot refers to him as a healthy fish. Fish that eats a lot is know to be healthy. You should cut down to two small feedings everyday instead of a huge feeding at once. You can also try and seperating them but I really don't like an isolated fish. Also, fish would loose weight by the minute since they need energy to swim those currents.

Your guppy might be pregnant! :) If she starts hiding in plants or at the bottom, then you'll know! :)
