Not if you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

At least not in some states. I saw a dash cam of this total nut that got stopped for speeding by state trooper. It was on "World's Worst Drivers" or something like that. Every other word was a swear word and he was yelling - loud. On top of that he ripped up the ticket right in front of the officer (who then directed him to clean it up or get ticket for littering). The whole time this fruitcake was swearing left and right.

The officer actually said have a good day. That showed a lot of restraint on his part.

Generally, you can swear in front of an officer as long as you are not swearing at the officer. It is best to mind your manners and keep your mouth shut.

You can and not get charged with any crime, usually, but if an officers asks you to refrain from using certain language, I suggest you comply, or you may be charged with disorderly conduct, or some other sort of charge.

it may not be illegal
but its definately not smart
many police officers can FIND things to ticket you for
(no insurance car, expired insurance card, no insurance period, expired tags, taillight out, ANY amount of speeding, not using turning signal, "recklace" driving, and a whole list of other things they probably wouldnt ticket you for if you where polite)

No. Our freedom of speech means we get to say anything we want. I'm still trying to get my dog to crap in the yard of a cop.
