I'm 14 and a half and my penis is just under 5 1/2 inches when erect and rather small (around 2.5) when not erect. I have an abundance of long pubic hairs above my penis but only a few scattered ones on the shaft and testicles. The hair really hasn't spread up towards my belly button and i have very small armpit hairs. Is this normal??

You are perfectly normal. Your penis will continue to grow until you're about 18. Don't worry about the hair. It doesn't grow on the shaft and very little on the scrotum. I am an adult and I'm not a hairy guy. I didn't waste my hormones on growing hair. lol. Go to this website and you'll learn more.

Some people don't get too hairy. You will continue growing for awhile. My brother didn't get armpit hairs until he was 16. Now he's got an ample amount. Everyone matures at different times.

I'm almost 14 and a half and you pretty much just described every single thing about me...I'm in the same boat as you...so don't worry about it, you're normal (and if we're not, then at least we know that we're at least in it together lol)

Perfectly normal... except for stating your age in halves.
Not everyone is viciously hairy, and if you're going to get more it will take time for it all to fill out.
