Measure around chest under breasts. Round up and add four if it is an even number and five if it is an odd number. That will be your BAND size. AKA your measurement is 34, your band size is 38. Your measurement is 29, your band size is 34. Etc.

Measure around breasts at widest part. Round up.

Take first measurement and subtract from second measurement.

1" difference is an A
2" is a B
3" is a C

etc.

Or go get professionally sized at Nordstroms, JCPenney, or Sears, NOT victoria secret as they size incorrectly.
