We have a white refinished bathtub that has a few scrathes and things. Seems like no matter how well I clean it, it still looks a little dirty due to the scratches. Is there anything I can use to make it look new again?

A refinished tub or sink never looks as good as it does the first day it's refinished. The only time I would ever recommend that someone refinish a tub and/or sink is if the property is a rental or they are about to sell it.

If you plan on being there for a while, either live with the scratches or get a new tub. Consider that, if the tub was refinished, it may have had the iron exposed to water and it could have started rusting. This will eventually cause problems, including the possibility of water leaking and causing damage to the wood framing in the walls around the tub. In that case, you would have to remove the tub, and replace the rotted or moldy wood anyway.
