it's because orton went and complained to the gm saying that he got kicked in the face 5 shows in a row and he didn't want it to happen again. so the gm said ok, hbk can't you use his finisher move. the catch for orton was that he can't get dq or he will lose his title to hbk. so either hbk has to find a way to orton out without using his finisher (which probably won't be too hard, because there are a lot of finishers he can use) or he has to get orton dq somehow. still means that orton can use the rko though. so it's going to be an interesting match.

yea i just found that out few hours ago...and it was a bullshit bit time! since Shawn Michael cant use Sweet Chin Music...hes going to use the Sharpershooter and injuried Randy's back and break his back in half and take him out of WWE forever! Legend Killer will finally die at Survivor Series and Randy will lose the WWE Championship.
