Get a divorce.
Here's what may happen.
If she is financially stable & working as an resident alien for a while but married to a US citizen 5 years is a long time, she may end up staying due to the childrens best interest.
On the other hand, if she is just a homemaker/wife she is an unfit cheater mother/wife to the kids. Keep the kids, divorce & have her deported.
Get a lawyer.

It depends, she could either become a citizen, or get a visa for work... if she doesn't have her green card from marrying you then she may get deported?
If she cheated, and you want a divorce don't let the fact that she may not be able to stay here keep you from not doing it!! Cheating is wrong, no matter what the circumstance or reason... totally 100% unacceptable!

I fully don't understand what your saying, when you marry a Filipino woman you ready don't know what your getting.I have heard horror stories about the women and the lengths they will go in order to marry someone who will take them away from there. My brother married a Filipino woman and she talks about how it is there and how so many of the girls and woman are using men mostly American men for money telling them that they need money for plane ticket. Men are so desperate to have a woman who will wait on them have sex when ever they want someone they can boss around.
You found out the hard way just what you had and that you get what you pay for.

What kind of cheating does she committed? seeing male friends,flirting,phone sex or having sex in reality? If you do love her,why not both of you talk about it.Don't let 5 years of marriage becomes wasted.Put aside your anger and act like a real man..solve 'things' in a 'calm',mature way.

well her kids are citzen but they can not petition her untikl they are 21 so she is what they call **** out off luck I think you should tell her to leave and keep the children this slutty whore does not deserve anything.
