Yes, it can be. Try eating some bland foods like plain toast or saltines. Also try some warm tea to calm your stomach. Don't you just love this time of year!

Usually when people get colds, they don't have much of an appetite; don't worry. Your body is busy fighting off the infection. However, drink plenty of liquids, Gatorade really helped me when I was sick (it was the only thing that was able to stay down) and if you want, eat some crackers. You'll feel better and hungry in a few days.

there has been a mutant cold going around...i had it and it didn't want to leave.
it seems the symptoms vary from person to person.
i think for most people it lasts about a week, so hopefully you're almost well!
