Your title has nothing to do with your question.

I'll do the first one. To find the x-intercept, set y to zero and solve for x. To find the y-intercept, set x to zero and solve for y.

1)

x-intercept:
0 = -2x + 8
2x = 8
x=4
x-intercept is 4 or (4,0)

y-intercept:
y = -2(0) + 8
y = 8
y-intercept is 8 or (0,8)

1 y=mx+b b is y-intercept, m is slope
