Too many period. Even if its only one. Problem is that sometime these women wait until its too late or they are too ashamed of what is happening to them to say anything. And sometimes when they do leave, the husband cannot accept the fact, and thats when it can go sour. I had a friend once, never married, but had an abusive boyfriend. She left him when she was pregnant with their child due to his abuse and control. But she didn't try to protect herself when things got real outta hand after that, and now she and her unborn child are no longer in this world.

I would say it would be high, at least 75%. The first person to be checked is the husband when a woman is murdered.
