Cant they get in trouble for mentioning WWE on their show???

nope but they will end up like WCW and ECW by advertising wwe so much...sooner or later there going to turn there only fans away to the wwe and then there going to get bought out....TNA said they have a goal of competing with the wwe on monday nights...they are about 3 years away from doing that...but the way there going there about 2 years away from being bought out...

No they can't get in trouble for that. Unless they stole WWE's name or something. Or if they said something bad about the WWE, TNA could be sued for slander.

-Stone Cold said TNA in an interview on WWE.com with David Arquette last week, with TNA printed on WWE.com, once internet reports started swirling about it, WWE took TNA off the site.

Nope, first amendment rights. They did it all the time during the monday night war. They just can't make money off of WWE trademarks.

that only will get in trouble by saying something bad about wwe then they will get sued for like slander
