nope but they will end up like WCW and ECW by advertising wwe so much...sooner or later there going to turn there only fans away to the wwe and then there going to get bought out....TNA said they have a goal of competing with the wwe on monday nights...they are about 3 years away from doing that...but the way there going there about 2 years away from being bought out...

No they can't get in trouble for that. Unless they stole WWE's name or something. Or if they said something bad about the WWE, TNA could be sued for slander.
