my rabbit started making a grunting sound a few hrs ago and about 10-20 secs later i got up and he was lying down and wasnt able to get up he's eating and drinking but not very fast like usual we arent sure how old he is but i have had him for bout 4 yrs. He has lyied down twice plus the first time making 3 times and every single time i have had to help him up. my mom said he couldnt have a stroke but idk someone help what could be wrong

You need to take him to a bunny savvy vet.

I would say your rabbit needs urgent vet attention. At least call the vet and speak to someone there. They will either tell you what you can do at home or to take the rabbit in if it is serious. Rabbits can die very fast so you need to do something fast.

are u sure he couldnt get up or did he not want to get up?
mu bunny syd always makes this grunting sortof snort noise when he breathes and its only cas of when he breathes his nose sorta 'bangs' agaisnt his notrils.

please don't wait the three days till this answer is over call the vet now.... lying down isn't necesarily a bad thing but not being able to get up is kinda alarming please call
