I'd go for the first one, hands down. I need my man to be kind hearted and loving and able to put his family first. The wife ALLOWS him to treat her like a little girl. If she didn't like it, she would have left.

Husband -as in currently your husband? Go to Marriage conseling see if you can work on the relationship and freedom issues (which - kinda weird - if you are asking about possibly leaving the husband for the romeo - maybe the husband has a good reason not to give you much freedom - oh just a thought...)
Romeo - you just never know what happens once you're married...

Personally I would go for the husband, but I love being spoiled, adored , and secure, but I also like men with a little more meat, and if he is the father of your family, than he deserves that reciprocation and chance.
BUT...
If Romeo brings out the best in you, and if you aren't tearing your family apart, and if he is proving that he loves you than....I still think Romeo has too many what ifs....and tigers don't change their stripes....I vote husband.

Weel you need to find these quaklties in your husband I no you can he is the man in your life and the man that is going to be with you forever this is not fair for you. Go to couseling do it for the kids if you have any and let him know that you need to be free once in a while that you are a not a prisoner that needs to be cupt up forever. And if this does not work then leave him and date your romeo but not unless you try everything first.

Romeo, only because he doesn't seem to be controlling. Who wants to be shut in all the time?

The better man is the one that is right for you. Everyone is different, what works for one might not work for the other.
