Lots of things you can do....

Take a long walk, regularly, at a brisk pace. It gets the endorphins crankin' and increases your circulation.

Write down all the things you have to be thankful for, and review them twice a day. Think of examples.

Remember great times or funny things from your past, and get lost in them.

Recall the funniest or most uplifting movies you have ever seen, and particularly the funniest scenes and lines.

Call a friend and talk

Go out with friends and do something fun together--like movies, a walk, dinner, etc.

Absolutely refuse to dwell on any negative thought. If one arises, immediately change to a positive thought, like the funny movies for instance.

Figure out what you need to do to make your life more interesting and challenging. Spend some time every day if possible writing down your goals AND what steps you can take now to further your path to your goals. Start a preliminary step today if possible.

Choose whichever of these approaches helps you the most, and repeat them as often as you need!

to cheer me up i watch comedy clips or funny things on youtube and stuff. [chris rock, russel peters, etc.]

or i play with my wii

or i play minigames on my computer
