Why not visit an area hospice sometime and you will then get a real perspective on what true sadness is to a person. There should be zero sadness when one can get up in the morning, gaze into the mirror and see for her-/himself the wealth that health brings to life.

I'm not sad, but I do feel a little bad. There's this girl I go to school with and she wants to get with me, but she's not pretty and I don't like her like that. I told my friend that I don't want to do stuff with her because she's not that preety and she's ugly. I forgot that my friend had a big mouth and now she knows I said that. I feel bad, but now she'll back off.

Yea..Sometimes I feel defeated...and so down I don't know what to do...I go to sleep hoping I won't wake up...But then the alarm clock goes off...and I open my eyes and thank god for the new day ahead of me ...whatever it may bring...I know I can handle because I have faith.
