Nah, the suffering was from Yankee fans who would come up with 241414134513513513451 different reasons why the Mariners and Rangers fans either suck, or were so mind-numbingly jealous because neither of their teams had good 'ol A-Rod like the Yankees, who were going to win the next 24 World Series lead by the greatest baseball player ever.

You know, pedrooch, wouldn't it be something if anyone names Steinbrenner were to decide in unison, "hey, we were wrong, good 'ol A-Rod *is* our man, and hey, when we re-sign him for $364 billion, that'll give us our World Series victories for another 10 decades"?

When that happens, then what? Would that make good 'ol A-Rod the greatest all over again?

Like I've said before, you guys are going to make this a very entertaining winter!

A Rod.

And to Jimbob, Seattle and Texas fans can chime in also. They had to suffer with his stay with them also, like we did for the last 4 years. .

To Adam, no I wouldn't think he will be the greatest all over again, because I never thought he was the greatest to begin with. I hated the Yanks got him to begin with. I didn't like him when he played with Texas or Seattle, I never liked A Rod and I never will. I told my friends all year, from spring training, "I don't care if A Rod gets a home run every at bat, I'll still hate him." I don't like him as a baseball player and I don't like the image he portrays. So I am very consistent about my feelings toward him. And when did I say the the Rangers and Mariners fan suck, or any fan or any team for that matter, I never have and i never will. I respect all fans of whatever team the root for, and as for teams, as much as I don't like the Red Sox, I never say they suck either, if anything just the opposite I always say they have a good team.

Barry Bonds.
Who else has cheated their whole life yet blames the rest of the world for picking on him. Go the guy who marked his ball with a *. He should just attempt to retire semi gracefully and piss off to an island away from people. Blank his records and leave it with Hank and the Babe.
A-Rod's demenor and demands suck but at least hes clean.

Part of the "new" definition for primadonna is vain, obnoxious and temperamental. How does Jeter fit any of these? All of these sound like Manny but my vote goes to Clemens.

Alex Rodriguez.

A lot of women think he is handsome/cute/hot, and he's rich enough to own half of New York. (Almost anyway) He also thinks way to much about the money, and of course, he's good enough to be the pretty boy.
