Anybody who starts to take themselves, or their image, or the pet project they're working on a bit too seriously (to the point they iritate the rest of us), I think is a classic set-up for a BIG practical joke. They have to be able to take a joke though and it should be one that others can enjoy too. I don't like hurting people, but if their head starts to swell up like a big 'ol balloon, I just look at and think "Man! I wanna pop that thing or put a big leak in it and watch go spewing crazy like around the room! What FUN!"
Actually, if I go to the pains of pulling a good practical joke on someone, I probably worked at it and that means I like them. Jerks and people I don't like aren't worth my time.

Myself. I find my dorky ways quite amusing at times so it's always fun to poke fun at myself. Is it a great thing to do? Probably not... but I still do it. I'm my own worst critic in the sense that I can always find a flaw in my every move.
