If EOP means equal opportunity employer.....why does your background always matter, but yet they won't give you a job for having a background?

That's a hard one indeed! My suggestion would be to move forward always. No matter what! Always tell the truth and don't be compromised by others... Follow these rules and you will find there are good places in the world.

If this is really upsetting you; try starting your own business and have a policy of giving those in similar situations a second chance.

sure, I do, such as you reported everyone could make a mistake, yet you may desire to learn from that mistake and not save doing if returned and returned returned, no you're able to forgive the comparable component returned and returned and forgive you. cheating, no 2nd possibilities, you elect to play around hit upon a clean place to stay, get your sorry a-- out and don't look back while they circulate away, nope they are those that don't deserve a 2nd hazard. i do no longer care what share situations, the be conscious i'm sorry comes out of their mendacity mouths, women folk do no longer enable them to schmooze you over, young ones or no young ones in the marriage or relationship, kick them out for solid. Have seen this sorry bunch of trash in the courts too many situations for divorces, nope, never a 2nd hazard, as quickly as a cheater, consistently a 2 confronted low down mendacity canine cheater........and then take them to the cleaners for each little thing they have...LOL

You have the reasoning behind EOE all wrong. Has nothing to do with background except ethnic background. If you are a criminal, you chose to be one.

Equal opportunity refers to things outside of your control... race, religion, ethnic background.

A criminal record is a choice.
