Does them Grambling Tiger's got a shot to beat Louisiana-Monroe this Saturday? The G-men is kicking azz this year and I think they can knock off a D1 school.

yes. Louisiana Monroe is not a strong program, and it is not that unusual for a good 1AA school to beat a bad 1A school.
