most go after they have had their first period...the doctor will do a pelvic exam to make sure all the female structures are in the right place, he will take a swab from the cervix for a baseline cellular pattern and he will check your breasts for lumps.

The earliest a girl would normally need to see a gynecologist is when she to starts menstruating, but even then it really isn't necessary.
Once she starts having sex, she should definitely check in with a gynecologist.
Usually the doctor will give you a breast exam (feel your breasts to check for any cancer lumps) and then a pelvic exam (to check for any irregularities in your vagina). The doctor may also take a Pap smear - they stick a tool up your vagina to collect a few cells from your cervix, and then test the cells to see if you have any STDs or cancer there. It's pretty uncomfortable for most women.

whenever she gets her period and having sex. I started at 12. they put these claps in there and it opens up your vagina and then they take a cotton swap and stab in to your vagina then they put there hand in there and push on your stomach. no to bad.
