Candy Land - I think it was the fact that my mother played it with me every week, we used to spend hours playing, and I would even come up with a story about the journey we were on.
Perfection - My god that game actually annoys me now. I could never get all the pieces in before time ran out and they popped at me. I liked racing against my friends at it.
Mouse Trap - Given that my best friend had it and I didnt, I always found it so interesting to put up all the pieces, and trap the mouse at the end. Most of my friends found it to be boring, though.

1. Uno 2. Pick up sticks 3. Sorry 4. Clue
All these games were fun because it taught me how to 1. Strategize 2. Hold my hand steady 3. Didn't have to think just go through the motion 4. Figured out which pieces go together like a puzzle and kept me guessing.

well if u mean board games :Hi Ho cherry o, shoots and ladders, and win lose or draw. If u ment other games I used to play bug wars - it was high action and everyone could play and be the character they wanted. I also used to play dont wake the witch. I think we used to play this cause it was fun to see how far u could get up to someone and still have enough time to get away, also i used to play red light green light. it was great cause everyone played and one person was the ruler and could disqualify someone at any time just because they moved a little

Kick the can, SPUD, and Red rover.
They were fun because you had a whole big group of neighborhood kids, playing together all day, without fear, fights, or bullying. You could run wild & exhaust yourself, then do it all over the next day.
That was back in the early '70s, though.

We used to pretend the ground was lava and jump around the jungle gym without steping on it. My personal favorite was slide tag. Its tag but while your going up and down a slide. Once in the 3rd grade i was at the top of the slide when the person who was it pushed me off. This was a tall slide andi feel face first into rocks. Broken teeth and broken wrist... not fun. But those were the games we played.

Hide and Seek was fun b/c it was easy to find your friends either b/c they were in a bad hiding place or b/c they couldn't stop laughing.
Red Light Green Light- had to move when told and stop. Being at a young age, it was difficult to keep balance.
Simon Says- very fun b/c it was kind of hard to multi task

a) My "sis" and I would play with our dolls like we were there moms and we had jobs and stuff. We used crayons for cigarettes. That's pretty sad lol... It was fun because we got to pretend to be older. pre-teenage is kind of a weird age.
b) My other friend and I made up newscasts (like a news channel) for our Beanie Babies! It was so cute. It was fun because we'd create newsletters on Microsoft Powerpoint and we'd have the newscasters bicker and ****. It was hilarious
c) My "sis" and I would also play "indians" and the little neighbor would always come over and annoy us. she said she wanted to play, so we said, "Ok you can play but your name has to be CO-CRAP-AY". It was mean LOL
