What's stopping you? Go to Washington and demanded the removal of president bush. If you need a few dollars to help you get there you can count on me. Can you let us know when you get there.

Wow, where to start...Don't think from my answer that I am a rabid Bush fan. Incorrect decisions have been made by him and his administration. I am just challenging some of your assumptions.

When has impeachment been successfull? The call to impeach is very risky for a political career. What politician is going to risk his job making a decision that won't ensure his popularity?

What is wrong with the war in Iraq? Leaders didn't have a good strategy going in. We've spent a lot of money. But who else was going to remove a man from power who has more human rights violations than the combined "Armenian Genocide" that congress is attempting to sabotage the war effort with?

Which law is it again that says politicians have to tell the truth? Maybe it's just a moral outrage. Like cheating on your wife. Oh wait he lied too. Then he was the first president to be impeached. Then he committed perjury (which is illegal) and he wasn't removed from office.

Basically the benefits of getting Bush out of office don't outweigh the risks.

Oh and making a man president whose decision making skills were displayed when he shot his hunting buddy is another valid risk.

Many Americans don't realize what "impeach" really means. It means to charge something against the President, not kick him out of office. One of the few ways to impeach the President is to find something that he did that was illegal.

PLUS, President Bush did NOT invade Iraq. The Congress makes that decision. You don't realize that the President doesn't decide everything...I don't like Bush either, but he only has 1 more year to go and he's out of office forever.

For those of you who feel he is just "defending a position", he lied about a Middle East country having nuclear capability to invade Iraq. The intel wasn't there, and now your budget is so overspent the Canadian dollar passed ours.

You can't talk bad about your chain of command, but if they break a law (war without cause) then it's impeachment time.

How did he lie? You are just parroting the lines of the liberal left-wing media. Why don't you do some actual research and see that the only LIE is the lie that he lied.

Sure, disagree with him and his policy, but he never lied to the American People. That was the previous President. You know? Clinton. Bill. Found GUILTY of Perjury (lying) in a court of law. But no, you are probably lining up to vote for his wife.

So, the reason there are no impeachment proceedings because is it would just be another Democrat Party comedy, with no substance. All they do is whine and complain but "luckily" they never do any actual work.

#1 - The Democrats don't have a full majority to even vote down a veto, much less an impeachment.

#2 - Then we'd be stuck with Cheney..... (we'd have to impeach him also, because I'm afraid, he'd probably be worse - he's already advocating war with Iran)

....we need to get everyone together and get Mr. Obama voted in as our next President if we really want a change in our Government and some new foreign policy - someone who would actually Talk to our enemies as well as our allies and try to work things out....

Hahaha, this is the dumbest question today. Whether or not the war was "wrong" is an opinion, and it is completely subjective. You cannot logically conclude that Bush lied just because you disagree with his position.

If we did that with every President that lies to the American people, we would never be able to keep one in office!

It has been brought up on the Senate floor and nothing happened. The Republicans still control enough to block it and besides, do you really want Charney?

Same reason that we haven't impeached 46 other presidents who have lied to us.
