flash is faster but needs food constantly while superman is slower but can go constantly who would win?

You seem to be thinking of the Flash the way he was before he got plugged into the speed force He used to have to eat constantly. However, it's as another person said, Flash is much faster. He specializes in speed. Superman has to generalize.

Flash, he doesn't need food, he gets his speed from the Speed force. He would circle the earth 10 before superman could do it in 5.
