you can download a program called pifast (or others) that will let you calculate it out to millions of digits.

The digits of pi continue forever, with no repeating pattern. So it is impossible to give an exact numerical value, other than to simply call it "pi".
If your intention was to ask about what pi means, then the earlier poster who said it is equal to the ratio of the circumference of a circle divided by the diameter gave the answer you were looking for.

Pi or π is one of the most important mathematical constants, approximately equal to 3.14159, and represents the ratio of any circle's circumference to its diameter in Euclidean geometry. The number also represents the ratio of a circle's area to the square of its radius, and appears in many other formulas from mathematics and science. Pi is an irrational number, which means that its decimal expansion 3.1415926535897932... never ends or repeats.

4(1 - 1/3 + 1/5 - 1/7 + 1/9 - 1/11 ....)
Just sum up all the infinite terms and that's pi.

You want a fun night in? Have a few drinks (or whatevers) and watch the movie. Trust me.
btw 22/7 is a guide, there's another fraction that's larger that's more accurate, but the point is true accuracy will always elude us. Weird, huh?
Cheers.

π is a magical number, so magical that very few even know where it is on the keyboard.
π is in this simple formula where the natural exponent e and the imaginary number i come together into this formula (as seen on the Simpson) which is easy to solve.
e^(π * i) = -1

Exactly, it's the ratio of the circumference of any circle to its diameter.
It's an irrational number so you can never express it exactly.
