What is the efficiancy?

Please show me how to do it. I was absent and my teacher precisely doesn't teach us how to do anything.

I know Efficiency = (W out / W in) * 100% but how do you get W out and W in? :O

This is a hard work!

Sorry...

I do not know W out from W in in this case and it is confusing.

However
W(person)= F S= 300 x 5= 1500 J
W(Lifting the box) = w h= 600 x 2= 1200J

Efficiency = Energy gained/Energy Invested
Eff= 1200/1600 x 100=75%
Loss = 100% - 75%=25%
