PLEASE TELL ME AND GIVE REASONS! LOTS OF REASONS! THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO REPRESENT YOUR CONSOLE! I NEED TO KNOW WHAT CONSOLE TO BUY. I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR BOTH, SO DON'T FACTOR IN PRICE WHEN COMPARING THE TWO. THANKS A TON!

i own both but I personally suggest the 360. It has great games,better controllers,cheaper, and good online play, although u have to pay $50 a year.

PS3 has free online but I don't think it's as good as xbox live.However, the PS3 is more reliable.

O.k., I have the PS3 and I think that you should get the PS3 also.

The Xbox 360 is too faulty, so many Xbox 360's get the Red Ring of Death, and until Microsoft fixes the problem 100%, don't even waste your money on a 360.

It's funny because one guy posted all of the Xbox 360 games, and nearly all of them he listed are avaliable for both consoles. The PS3 has better exclusives in my opinion, and the PS3 has way more exclusives coming.

Basically, if you care more about online gameplay, a lot of shooters, and a unrealiable system get the Xbox 360.

The PS3 is the only true HD console because the 360 has to upscale the games to look HD. The PS3's games are already HD as they come because of the Blu-Ray disc.
Game developers can make bigger and better games with the PS3's superior graphics, the PS3's cell processor and other amazing technology.

And don't forget that the PS3 has Blu-Ray, Bluetooth, Flash card slots, and WiFi all built in. If you buy the seperate attachments for the Xbox 360 to allow you to do what the PS3 can already do, you would have spent more money, and you could have bought about 4 or 5 games for your PS3 by then.

Just get the PS3, if you get the Xbox 360 the chance of the system getting the Red Ring of Death is around 33%. The PS3's failure rate is less than 1%, that means that hardware failure with the PS3 almost doesn't exist!

PS3 is the superior system, and this is why:

It has high definition
It plays Blue-ray
PS3 is more reliable (all the xboxes are shutting down)

The only reason really to buy an xbox over the PS3 would be for Halo. If you are a fanatic for this game, then there is no question.

U should get a X Box 360, its only $400 and has almost all the new games. The PS3 (sony) is having great problemes developing games, and it is soooo slow AND it COSTS $600!!! It also gets extremely hot and u have a much less choice of game.
