how come when my little sister does that to my mom or my dad she gets what she want, but when i do that they dont do anything, but im cuter than her!

It works when your little sister does that because she's 'the baby'. It doesn't work when you do it because you're the 'big sister'.
The 'puppy face' would probably work on me. I love kids.

Since you are older they think that you should know better than to ask for whatever you are asking for.
Personally, puppy face doesnt work for me. I don't fall for it at all.
Maybe you should talk to you parents and let them know that they shouldn't let her get away by giving a puppy face.
Its childish and parents shouldn't give in to something childish.
