man it was working yesterday know when i press the button it just make this jam nosie ,and nothing is in there. man i need help cause i need to burn this cd asap

Go to My Computer, right click and select Eject. If that doesn't work, untwist a paperclip and insert one end into the little pinhole underneath your CD tray. That is an emergency eject for damaged or jammed CDs. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Near the button, there is usually a small hole. Take a paper clip (or something similar) and push it into that hole, the door will release and pop open.

If it is noisey and fails to open and you are sure it is empty it is damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired.
