Easier on the earth. The moon's gravity is much less, and the centrifugal force generated by the turn would overcome the gravity on the moon more easily making it more difficult to keep your vehicle on the track. In addition, the lack of atmosphere would eliminate the effects of the aerodynamics (spoilers, air dams etc.) of the vehicle.

What is the force that pushes the car around a turn when it is unbanked. How is this force effected by a change in gravity?

If you can answer these questions you can probably figure it out.
